Introducing the 2024-2025 Annual Report
The achievements of the Ontario Network of Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Treatment Centres (SA/DVTCs) over the past year would not have been possible without the support and leadership of our Network’s core team, dedicated researchers, Advisory Council, Medical Co-Advisors, co-chairs of the nursing and social work Communities of Practice, and forensic nurse educators.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the clinicians, program leaders, and team members—past and present—whose commitment and contributions have been instrumental in advancing the work of the Network. We are also deeply grateful to Women’s College Hospital and its leadership team for their continued support in the administration and management of the Network’s home base.
The Network remains grateful for the ongoing support of the Ministry of Health, our primary funder. In 2024–2025, the Ministry approved enhanced funding for 12 SA/DVTCs to address nurse staffing challenges, as well as additional funding for the Network to support new staff and outreach initiatives.
